After a sensational debut, Gold Coast Suns young gun and South Australian native Izak Rankine is "absolutely gettable" for the Adelaide Crows, according to former Crow and FIVEaa's Stephen Rowe.
Rankine, a highly touted draft pick, missed all of 2019 with injury, but made up for lost time in his debut against the Demons, kicking three goals and looking dangerous every time he touched the ball.
The 20-year-old has turned heads already in his home state, with Rowe insisting the Crows have got to bring him home.
āI tell you what Eddie Betts is still a star and a kid by the name of Izak Rankine will be the next one and the Crows have got to get him back, fair dinkum. What a debut," Rowe said on FIVEaa.
āThereās a positive for Crows fans. Heās gettable, donāt worry about that. Absolutely he is gettable. I know heās signed a new deal for two years ā Iām telling you as a fact he is gettable because the money the Crows may be able to get him.ā
Host Will Goodings added: āEveryone saw him doing it as an under 18. Heās a freak. He had a highlight reel out of one game that a lot of guys would be happy with for their career."
