SURPRISE PACKETS

Trent McKenzie - GC|DEF|$314,900 - 132 points

It was a big day out for Trent McKenzie despite his side going down. He had 24 disposals at an amazing 96% efficiency and also clunked nine marks. It was his highest score of the year by a whopping 60 points.

Tom Bellchambers - ESS|RUC|$401,600 - 128 points

Owned by just 2% of players, Bellchambers delivered on the weekend. He had 20 disposals and 34 hit-outs and it could have been an even better day, as he kicked two behinds.

Jake Melksham - MEL|MID|$324,100 - 122 points

The Demon has been playing well of late, however this was the first time it had shown up on SuperCoach. He clocked in 122 points, mostly thanks to 29 disposals at almost 80% efficiency. Owned by under 3,000 users, it was a great day for those players.

Jacob Townsend - RICH|MID/FWD|$287,700 - 118 points

For those who have been keeping track of his VFL performances, they wouldn't have been surprised by this effort. He slotted six goals against Fremantle, making the 619 coaches who own him very pleased.

Billy Hartung - HAW|MID|$383,200 - 117 points

Just the third time Hartung has cracked three figures this season, however it was the best of the lot. Despite his side going down, he managed 32 disposals, nine marks, and three clearances.

DISAPPOINTMENTS

Cam McCarthy - FRE|FWD|$278,100 - 28 points

Not an expensive player, however is owned by over 10,000 coaches, which makes his 28 points very disappointing. It was just five touches for the former Giant, and he couldn't slot a major either.

Sam Petrevski-Seton - CARL|MID|$377,400 - 30 points

Did suffer a corked thigh during the game, however had it strapped and then continued to play. His 30 points was difficult one to swallow for the coaches who had him, as he only managed 12 touches.

Marcus Bontempelli - WB|MID|$522,700 - 45 points

The Power did an excellent job limiting Bontempelli on the weekend. He could only manage 12 disposals at just 58% efficiency. His score could have been improved, however he couldn't kick a goal.

Joe Daniher - ESS|FWD|$430,800 - 58 points

The big Essendon forward averages over 80 points a game, however could only dish up 58 against the Suns. He had just four marks, 10 touches, and only the one goal, not great for the 12,000+ coaches who have him in their side.

Jarryd Roughead - HAW|FWD|$455,200 - 68 points

A tough night for his side, and not the ideal outing for him either. Roughead could only manage 68 points, which stemmed from just two marks and only 12 disposals.
