Sydney have announced a trio of list moves for the 2025 season, with duo Aaron Francis and Joel Hamling delisted by the club, which plans to re-select both players at the Rookie Draft, while rookie Indhi Kirk has earned a one-year extension.

The decision to delist both Francis and Hamling will see the key position pair land on the Swans' rookie list for next season, giving them greater flexibility for next month's National Draft.

Francis managed five games at AFL level in the red and white this year, with most of his season spent in the VFL.

The former Pick 6 selection joins Sydney from Essendon at the end of 2022 and has played a total of 20 games for the Swans over the past two years to bring his career tally to 74 matches.

Hamling would not feature at senior level in his first year with the Swans, who he joined from Fremantle last off-season as a free agent. The 31-year-old spent most of his 2024 campaign as a forward in the VFL, kicking 31 goals from 17 games to finish seventh overall for goals in the competition this year.

Kirk, the son of club great Brett and a product of the club's Academy, is yet to make his AFL debut after joining the Swans less than 12 months ago.

The 20-year-old played 16 VFL games this year, adding to his nine previous appearances across the 2022 and 2023 seasons.

Sydney hold selections 19, 22, 44 and 59 for this year's AFL Draft, which will take place on November 20-21, while the Rookie Draft is scheduled for November 22.

Clubs are required to finalise their lists ahead of Thursday's list lodgement deadline.
