Sydney will wait nervously to see the result of Tom Papley's likely ankle scan after the gun forward was carried from the field before limping down to the rooms.
Papley's right ankle was caught underneath a marking contest against Brisbane's Brandon Starcevich and assistance rushed to him.
During Fox Footy's commentary, Anthony Hudson made it known that the Swans livewire was struggling.

โThat does look worrying now for Papley, doesn't it,โ Hudson said.
โHe can't put any weight on it. He is in serious pain.โ
All of a sudden injuries starting to mount for Sydney.
Dane Rampe (calf) + Tom Papley (ankle) out.
Justin McInerneyโs knee in a brace for a fortnight after PCL.
And one thatโs snuck under the radar - James Rowbottom to miss a couple of games with a facial fracture #AFLLionsSwans— Mitch Cleary (@cleary_mitch) July 21, 2024
The injury news was compounded by Dane Rampe being pulled from the ground with a calf issue, replaced by substitute Corey Warner.
Forward Will Hayward is also a watch for the Swans.
It comes as midfield trio James Rowbottom (cheek), Callum Mills (sore) and Justin McInerney (knee) were all absent for the trip to the Gabba.
More to come.
