Steven May
May has been an anchor in defence for the Demons all season, routinely taking the oppositions best forward. He kept Naughton quiet all match, keeping him to only 1 goal.
May collected 22 of his own disposals, 7 intercepts and was efficient with ball in hand with +85% efficiency.
Zach Tuohy
With the Irishman now solidifying his position back in defence over the past month, Tuohy is back in career-best form. He was at his impactful best against the Magpies, rebounding from 50 and not letting his opponents impact the match.
Tuohy ended the game with 27 touches, 5 intercepts and 7 score involvements. His 88% disposal efficiency and game-high 616 metres gained showed his ability to generate opportunities for teammates and limit them for the Pies.
Harry Cunningham
Cunningham showed an elite level of offence and defence in the Swan's victory over the Blues.
Harry finished with 27 touches, 10 marks to go along with 6 score involvements, and 8 intercepts making it difficult for Carlton's players on either side of the ground.
Nathan Broad
The short-handed Tigers took care of business against the Crows, with one of the reasons being Broad's stellar performance.
The underrated Broad had 21 possessions (85% efficiency), 10 marks (4 contested), and over 500 metres gained for the match.
