Backline

Bailey Dale

Dale was a rock in defence for the Bulldogs in their win over the Gold Coast. Picking up 30 disposals and eight rebound 50's, Dale has continued his excellent form in a career-best season. Dale also registered 15 pressure acts in the match, his highest for the season.

Jacob Weitering

In the team for a third week in a row, Weitering has established himself as one of the competition's best key defenders. Captaining the Blues for the first time in the absence of Patrick Cripps and Sam Docherty, Weitering led from the front, ending with 18 disposals at 94.4% efficiency. The stand-in skipper also registered eight spoils and four intercept marks.

Karl Amon

Among Port's best, Amon kicked two goals in a close match against the Saints to secure the win. Amon had a game high 10 tackles and 26 disposals, while the 25-year-old justified his elite ranking for marks, taking seven against the Saints.

Centre

Sam Menegola

On a dominant night for the Cats, Menegola set the tone, picking up 30 disposals, nine marks and seven clearances. The 29-year-old, who was included in the 40 man All Australian squad in 2020, kicked a goal to add to his tally of nine for the year and was best on ground against Fremantle in a team including Joel Selwood and Cam Guthrie.

Ollie Wines

Wines starred against the Saints, collecting 36 disposals in the 13-point win, only second on the ground to St Kilda skipper Jack Steele. In addition to his 18 contested possessions and 11 clearances, Wines kicked a goal in the third term to give Port a game high lead. Averaging 32.8 disposals a game in 2021, Wines is almost a lock to make his first All Australian team.

Luke Parker

Swans co-captain Parker led when it mattered on Sunday, kicking a goal after the half time siren to cut the Giants' margin to just 16 points. Parker topped the disposal count, finishing with 31 in the 26 point win. Parker had a season equalling best nine clearances and six tackles, while he led the game in score involvements, finishing with 11.

Forward Line

Jamie Cripps

Kicking a career best five goals, Cripps was the Eagles' best in their 42-point win over the Crows. Picking up 10 Coaches votes, Cripps complimented his bag of goals with 25 disposals, four marks and 13 score involvements.

Jack Riewoldt

Playing in his 300th game, Riewoldt was in vintage form, kicking six goals and taking seven marks inside 50. The Tigers vice-captain also picked up seven contested possessions and nine score involvements, finishing with 113 fantasy points in his milestone match.

Jordan De Goey

De Goey once again showed flashes of brilliance in Collingwood's loss to Carlton. While remaining goalless, the 25-year-old was the second highest disposal getter on ground behind Sam Walsh, finishing with 31. De Goey also managed six inside 50's, while combining with the Pies' forward line for eight score involvements.

Mabior Chol

In a good night for the Tigers, out of contract Chol once again proved his worth. The versatile key forward/ruck managed a career best four goals against the Lions, finishing the night with six score involvements and 10 disposals at 90% efficiency.

Peter Wright

Essendon recruit Wright has struggled to constantly find the goals so far this season but shined against the Kangaroos, kicking 3.1 in the 18-point win. Wright picked up 20 disposals but managed 10 hitouts during his time in the ruck, while managing seven marks around the ground and two inside 50.

Mitch Georgiades

A rising star favourite, Georgiades dominated against the Saints, kicking 4.0 from 10 disposals. A breakout key forward option, Georgiades took four marks inside 50 and had five score involvements.

Followers

Toby Nankervis

Nankervis once again proved his worth in the ruck for the Tigers, picking up 22 disposals along with his 25 hitouts and seven clearances. The 199cm ruck also had 10 intercept possessions and four marks around the ground, while his six score involvements left him with 102 AFL fantasy points.

Sam Walsh

The ever consistent Walsh was prolific against the Pies, picking up a season high 39 disposals and nine marks. The young star managed 15 contested possessions, five clearances and five tackles in the best on ground performance. A potential Brownlow favourite, Walsh also kicked a crucial last quarter goal to extend his sides' lead to 13 points.

Tom Mitchell

The Brownlow Medal winner was one of the best afield during Hawthorn's draw with Melbourne. Mitchell finished the game with a season-equalling best 39 disposals and six clearances, while also kicking a cracking goal with one minute left in the third term.

Interchange

Touk Miller

Continuing his career best form, Miller had another 30+ disposal game against the Bulldogs, his eleventh in a row. Miller finished the match with a game high 38 disposals, nine clearances, 17 contested possessions and eight score involvements.

Bailey Smith

Smith was one of the best for the Bulldogs, finishing with 33 disposals and nine clearances in a predominantly midfield role. Smith had seven tackles and seven inside 50's, while he dominated around the ground with 17 contested possessions.

Jack Steele

The Saints' best once again, captain Steele led from the front, picking up a game high 37 disposals and four clearances. The midfield star finished with four tackles and 20 pressure acts, while his first quarter goal set the tone for his teammates.

Andrew Gaff

Gaff was prolific in the midfield on a dominant night for the Eagles, ending the match with 34 disposals and five inside 50's. The two-time All Australian is rated elite for marking in the competition and backed that up against the Crows, taking eight across the ground.
