8. Caleb Daniel makes move to West Lakes

With the Bulldogs having a bevy of star names currently off-contract at the cessation of this season, there's certainly food for thought that at least one of their unsigned stars could depart Whitten Oval as part of a salary cap squeeze.

Jack Macrae, Josh Dunkley, Bailey Dale, Bailey Smith and Tim English all join Caleb Daniel in being yet to recommit for the 2023 season.

With Daniel's links home to South Australia, the dead-eye defender could be one to take up potential interest from elsewhere in a move across the border.

With the Power already calling home to some senior half backs unlikely to budge from their current spots at Alberton, Adelaide may be the better suitor for Daniel, with Matthew Nicks adding some premiership quality to his rebuilding list.
