10. Cam Rayner (Brisbane)

Brisbane's matchwinner proved his worth during the 2024 finals campaign and would warrant a huge contract extension.

Rayner will enter free agency in 2026 (likely as a restricted free agent) but is a required member of the Lions outfit.

The former Pick 1 pledged his allegiance to the Queensland club recently, but who to say a play from a Victorian rival - Rayner's home state - couldn't lure him south.
