Injuries have failed to dampen Collingwood's season as the Magpies continue to prosper in 2019.

The Magpies have the most injuries in the AFL with 15 casualties on the list, yet sit second on the ladder and remain one of the flag favourites.

However, the next four teams on the list sit outside the top eight, with Melbourne and Richmond impacted heavily by their injury tolls.

Both the Tigers and Demons have struggled for consistency a year after making the preliminary finals.

The Tigers sit ninth on the ladder and have played a majority of the season without leaders Trent Cotchin, Jack Riewoldt and Alex Rance.

Melbourne's injury list includes the likes of Jeff Gartlett, Michael Hibberd Neville Jetta and Jake Melksham who are in the Demons best 22 when fit.

At the other end of the table, Carlton have the least amount of injuries, yet sit last on the ladder.

Top of the ladder Geelong's stunning season has been aided by their lack of injuries, with the fifth fewest in the competition.
