The list of the names still out-of-contract at the end of 2021 is star-studded.
With the mid-way point of the season approaching, clubs will want to be getting their big names off the market as opposition teams prepare offers for some of the game's biggest names.
The likes of Patrick Cripps, Marcus Bontempelli, Harry McKay, Jack Billings and Zach Merrett are all out of contract and could be tempted by big money and long-term offers to leave their current clubs.
Every club will have their eyes on potential new recruits, but they may need to get their own ducks in a row before looking elsewhere.

Collingwood
Darcy Cameron
Brodie Grundy is set in black and white for a long-time to come. And given Darcy Cameron will always play second fiddle in the ruck pecking order, the 203cm giant has become Collingwood's go-to tall forward. He has replaced Mason Cox, and with the Pies embarking on a rebuild, they need Cameron to straighten up their forward line. The Pies have missed out on many key forwards in recent years and they can't afford to lose one they already have.
