Carlton

Mitch McGovern

The high-flying forward moved to Ikon Park from the Crows alongside a third-round selection in exchange for two second-round picks, a fifth-round selection and the rights Shane McAdam.

Since his arrival, McGovern has struggled to rekindle the form he once had at West Lakes, playing the 28 games across two seasons with the Blues for a reward of 31 goals.

The 26-year-old will enter 2021 with added levels of pressure, as Carlton look to break into the top-eight. With Harry McKay firing and Charlie Curnow set for the sidelines, the role of a formidable second/third option down forward is once again on offer for McGovern.
