Ross has played 14 games across the past two years, split evenly between the two seasons for a club that is currently eyeing a third-straight premiership.

The small onballer has shown plenty of promise under Damien Hardwick and could be the next young Tiger to burst onto the scene in rapid time.

A strong accumulator of the ball despite being down the bottom end of Richmond's midfield rotation, collecting double-digits for disposals in every match this season and amassed a career-high 28 touches against the Demons last year.
