After much anticipation and deliberation, Draper finally got his chance to shine for the Bombers' AFL side and he looks to be their answer to their prolonged ruck dilemma.

Draper played eight games game after making his debut in Round 9 and averaged close to 20 hitouts in his rookie season.

With the inclusion of Peter Wright from the Suns, Draper will be able to share his workload and move forward when looking to rest, opening several avenues to make his mark on the league.
