4. Nick Daicos
The Daicos legend and the future of Collingwood are in safe hands with this 21-year-old phenom.
In three seasons, Nick Daicos' career accomplishments top most stars of this century. He added a second All-Australian blazer, a club best and fairest, an AFLCA Player of the Year Award and a whopping 38 Brownlow votes to his career tally in 2024 alone.
He transformed his game to become Collingwood's primary inside ball-winner, having been the league's best outside ball user in 2023. Accordingly, he jumped from four clearances per game to nearly eight, while still hitting the scoreboard for a career-best 20 goals.
He is currently averaging the most Brownlow votes per game in AFL history and will be hungry to finally claim the top honour in 2025, as the Magpies look to repeat their success of 2023.
It is the best start to a career this century and he's only getting better.
