2. 39 - Tristan Xerri

Xerri enjoyed a breakout 2024, solidifying his status as a leading contender for the All-Australian ruck spot behind Max Gawn.

Versatile and tenacious, he averaged 7.5 tackles per game, a ridiculous number for a ruckman, ranking him third across the entire competition. He also finished seventh in the league for clearances.

His all-around play earned him North Melbourne's Glenn Archer Shinboner of the Year Award, and as ageing greats like Gawn and Todd Goldstein near the end of their careers, Xerri is poised to lead the next generation of elite ruckmen.
