8. 33 - Hugh McCluggage

Hugh McCluggage continues to be one of the most underrated players in the AFL, despite being a premier offensive weapon and now a premiership player.

Renowned for his elite kicking and decision-making, McCluggage consistently finds space when he needs to, fends off opponents with underrated strength and delivers precise passes routinely.

He's also a proven finals performer, having played a pivotal role in Brisbane's 2024 premiership run, notably breaking open the grand final with a stunning kick to Ryan Lester in transition to set up their first goal of the day.

At just 26 years old, McCluggage is only just entering his prime, and after arguably a career-best 2024 season, he may have another level to reach in 2025.
