North Melbourne trio Tom Campbell, Shaun Atley, and Trent Dumont are all awaiting a call on their future at North Melbourne.

Speaking to SEN Whateley, reporter Tom Morris revealed the Kangaroos are don't have contracts for next year and are facing to wait on their future.

“There’s been some interest from Port Adelaide regarding Trent Dumont … but they’re certainly not going to bend over backwards to go and get him," Morris said.

“He (Shaun Atley) has been told to wait until we know what our list positions are before we can offer you a contract.

Tom Campbell is in the same position."

The news follows the decision of North Melbourne defender Robbie Tarrant to seek a move to Richmond via free agency.

Although, in better news for Roos fans, two young guns have locked away contract extensions.

Last week, the Victorian State Government released their proposal for a final Structure Plan at Arden Street, brightening the club's future as an upgrade to their facilities proves imminent.
