All 18 clubs participated in the 2024 AFL Grand Final Sprint, but there was only one winner, with Collingwood's Beau McCreery just pipping St Kilda's Darcy Wilson at the line.

The final race was run by McCreery, Wilson, Jeremy Sharp (Fremantle), Will McLachlan (Brisbane), Will Hamill (Adelaide), Eddie Ford (North Melbourne), Jed McEntee (Port Adelaide) and Angus Sheldrick (Sydney).

In heat one, Adelaide's Will Hamill, Brisbane's Will McLachlan and Collingwood's Beau McCreery were the clear top three with Fremantle's Jeremy Sharp appearing to pinch fourth.

In heat two, North Melbourne's Eddie Ford and St Kilda's Darcy Wilson dashed away from the field, with Port Adelaide's Jed McEntee third and a photo for fourth, Sydney's Angus Sheldrick appearing to be just ahead of the Western Bulldogs' Riley Garcia.

The Giants were not going to have an entrant before category B rookie Nathan Wardius was a late call-up.
