Richmond's Marlion Pickett and Sydney's James Rowbottom have both been offered one-match suspensions for engaging in rough conduct.
Pickett's charge eventuated from an incident involving Hawk Dylan Moore, with the Tigers midfielder collecting forward off the ball with a bump in the second quarter of Saturday's match at the MCG.
The Match Review Officer deemed the incident as Careless Conduct, Medium Impact and High Contact, resulting in a one-game ban.
Should Pickett accept the punishment with an early plea, he will miss his side's Round 10 match against Essendon.
This is the vision Michael Christian used to determine Pickettโs one-match ban for rough conduct. It was graded as careless, medium impact and high contact. Rowbottom has faced a similar fate for his hit on Bomber Zach Merrett, with the MRO also deeming the Swan's bump as Careless Conduct, Medium Impact and High Contact.
In summary, Rowbottom can accept a one-game ban with an early guilty plea for the incident that occurred in the second quarter of Saturday night's match at the SCG.
The suspension will see Rowbottom miss next week's clash with Carlton on Friday night.
The MRO also revealed that an incident involving Tom Lynch and Jarman Impey, as well as Jake Kolodjashnij's bump on Jack Higgins were both assessed, however didn't result in charges.
