Richmond midfielder Jack Ross has extended his time at Punt Road after penning a two-year extension, keeping him at the club until the end of 2026.
Ross had a breakout year in 2023, playing 19 games to take his total to 63 and cementing his spot in the senior side.
However, as luck wouldn't have it, the 23-year-old has had a much-interrupted 2024 season, with injury limiting him to a further five matches.
Nevertheless, the Pick 43 in the 2018 National Draft can sense the direction the club is heading and is excited to be a part of it.

"This year was not exactly what I drew up at the start of the year, but to have this (contract) now is definitely light at the end of the tunnel," Ross said.
"I am loving my time here, and I am just stoked to continue it for another two years.
"Hopefully, I can sneak a couple of games in (before the end of the year) and head into the preseason with a healthy body and can get after it."
Ross' versatility has him playing in multiple roles for the Tigers, showcasing his importance to Adem Yze and the future of the club.
Richmond GM of Football Talent Blair Hartley said that Ross could enter the next two years with great confidence despite an injury-affected year.

Ross is still eyeing a return before the curtain closes on 2024, with the club heading toward its final month of the season, kicked off with a clash against North Melbourne.
