If you're needing to brush up on the rules of AFL, a hilarious TikTok video series has surfaced of an American reporter attempting to understand and explain our game.
AFL is unique to Australia and to an international viewer it can seem exotic and confusing, whereas us Australians are often raised watching the game.
TikTok user @afl_official_clips has posted a series of videos on their account, titled 'American explains AFL basics'.

The American sports reporter attempts to explain a simplified version and compares AFL to other sports making it easier for non-Australians to understand.
