A three-team trade between Richmond, Carlton and St Kilda has been agreed to, with Saints forward Caitlin Greiser among the names on the move.

The trade will see Freiser venture to Punt Road in joining the Tigers for the upcoming 2023 season, with Richmond parting with key defender Harriet Cordner and their first-round selection at the draft, Pick 14.

That selection will head back to the Saints, while Cordner has landed at Carlton, who have sent Natalie Plane to Moorabbin.

Cordner will add much-needed experience in her move to Princes Park, with the 30-year-old having played 37 games in the AFLW with Melbourne and Richmond.

Plane's move to St Kilda sees the Saints bolster their backline too, with the half-back flanker looking to add some stability to Nick Dal Santo's plans for the year ahead.

Her move to the Saints comes days after the club also acquired Collingwood pair Steph Chiocci and Jaimee Lambert in a five-player swap deal with North Melbourne and the Magpies.

Plane's arrival comes at the cost of losing Greiser, who submitted a trade request to Richmond during the Sign and Trade Period.

The 24-year-old's move to the Tigers follows the departure of Kate Shierlaw and Tarni White, who were also involved in last week's three-club trade.

“Caitlin has been a fan-favourite since walking through our doors,” Head of AFLW Tessie McManus said in a club statement.

“Her booming right foot and ability to change the momentum of a game is a credit to her playing style.

“We wish Caitlin all the best for this next chapter of her career.”

The AFLW Sign and Trade Period will run until 3pm on Monday, March 20.
