Two clubs are reportedly interested in outgoing North Melbourne veteran Nick Dal Santo.
Dal Santo was informed a fortnight ago that he will not be offered a new contract for 2017, along with fellow veterans Brent Harvey, Drew Petrie and Michael Firrito.
However, the 32-year-old has publicly stated on several occasions his desire to continue his career beyond this season.
The Footy Show's Damian Barrett reported on Thursday night that Colligwood and at least one other club are interested in signing the former Saint, with the Pies already making an approach to Dal Santo's management.
Dal Santo has played 60 games for North Melbourne since joining the club at the end of 2013, after 260 games with St Kilda, including the 2010 and 2011 grand finals.
He has averaged 24.6 disposals, 3.7 marks, 3.4 tackles and has booted six goals so far in 2016.
