Two-time Richmond premiership player Marlion Pickett has called time on his AFL career.
Pickett informed teammates of his decision on Thursday morning, with the 32-year-old to play his 91st and final game in the yellow and black at the MCG this weekend against Gold Coast.
Pickett famously debuted in the 2019 AFL Grand Final and would kick a goal in the Tigers' premiership-clinching victory over GWS, while he would also play a part in the club's following flag the year after.
He would also feature in Richmond's VFL premiership side the week prior to his AFL debut.
The midfielder was recruited out of Western Australia as a mature-aged talent through the 2019 Mid-Season Draft, with Pickett slotting seamlessly into Damien Hardwick's squad.
He would play 73 games across the 2020-2023 seasons and has made a dozen appearances this year, with a Round 24 clash against the Suns to be his last.
The Tigers will also farewell club stalwarts Dustin Martin and Dylan Grimes following the game, with Pickett becoming the fourth Tiger to retire this year following Sam Naismith's decision to hang up te boots.
