In the dying stages of Collingwood's 35-point win, forward Mason Cox was reported for his high bump on Western Bulldog Jason Johannisen.
With just three minutes remaining, Johannisen has his head over the ball on the wing, before Cox came in to bump him off it.
The umpire reported Cox on the spot, although the Pies won't have to wait long for the verdict, with match review officer Michael Christian set to hand down his findings on Saturday.
If Cox was to miss a game through suspension, it would be the second incident this year in which he's been suspended, after he was handed a one-match ban for striking Hawthorn's Daniel Howe in round one.
