The Blues are an old stalwart of the competition whose glory days are well behind them.
Just like the England, the Blues have an exciting young team but are yet to turn that into any real success.
They both have arguably the most exciting young player in their respective games in Sam Walsh and Phil Foden, and rest a lot of their hopes on said youngster.
