A 17-player list for the 2024 AFL Grand Final Sprint has been revealed, with every club set to be represented in the annual event.

Richmond's Dion Prestia, Carlton's Orazio Fantasia, Docker Jeremy Sharp, Saint Darcy Wilson and Hawthorn's Josh Weddle are among the big names to watch.

Grand finalists Sydney and Brisbane will have Angus Sheldrick and Will McLachlan representing them, respectively, during half-time of Saturday's decider.

GWS are yet to confirm their sprinter for the event.

Two heats will be run, with the top nine times advancing to a final race where the winner will be crowned.

The 2024 pool of sprinters does not include a past winner, with Geelong's Max Holmes taking out last year's title.

Richmond's Hugo Ralphsmith (2022) and West Coast's Josh Rotham (2021) won previous years, while Fremantle's Jordan Clark took out the 2020 race while listed with Geelong.

Past winners also include Brett Deledio (2005), Brendan Fevola (2006), Jake King (2007), Rhys Stanley (2009) and Patrick Dangerfield (2011-2013).
